Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch your parcel within three business days, using Royal Mail 1st class delivery. For large, heavy or bulky items we reserve the right to use a courier service, which could take a couple of extra days to reach you. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee postage times as this is beyond our control once the item is dispatched with Royal Mail or a courier. If you have not received your parcel after 10 business days then please contact us.

Please note that if you choose to have your parcel sent using a Special Delivery service or a courier of your choice then there would be an extra charge for this depending on the weight and the size of the goods ordered, and your delivery address. Please contact us for details.
We currently post to Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland & Norway at a cost of £7.99. We also ship to Australia and New Zealand at a cost of £9.99. However, if you are outside these countries we may post to you via our eBay store, and you can find it here Fabrics & Fancies
Please be aware that all of our parcels are sent to the delivery address that is stated during the checkout procedure. We are unable to send parcels to an alternative address that you contact us about after payment.
Fabrics and Fancies hope that you are delighted with your order. However, should you wish to return any item please note that we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided that they meet our returns criteria. If you wish to return any item it must be unopened, unused, fit for resale, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these terms. Please contact us for a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and full details of how to return your item.
As the buyer you are responsible for the cost of the return postage of the goods. We suggest that you obtain a proof of posting certificate (free from the post office) or send via recorded mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on their return journey to us.
Once we receive your items back in accordance with the above stipulations, we will then issue you a refund for the item. We will endeavour to process your refund within 10 working days, but please allow up to 30 days for the refunds to show on your original payment method.
If you would like goods in exchange for the returned items then there may be a price difference involved, for which you would need to pay. Also, exchanges are subject to an extra shipping cost to send out the exchanged goods.
We do check all items before they are sent out, but in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item then please get in touch with us and let us know what the problem is. If the item is deemed faulty then we will replace it free of charge (subject to stock availability) and also pay for the cost to return the faulty item to us.
You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery if any goods are damaged, missing, or if there is a fault with your parcel.
Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and relevant returns information prior to returning your parcel. Please include your name and address (including postcode) and RMA number so that we can identify the parcel upon its return.
